🎯 Experience: 5+ Years (Must have experience with State Government clients)

We are looking for a skilled US IT Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in sourcing IT talent for State Government projects (e.g., CA, TX, NY, VA, NJ).
If you’re familiar with RFP processes, VMS systems, and have a strong track record of closing top talent, we want to talk to you!

✅ Proven experience with state clients
✅ Strong sourcing skills (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn)
✅ W2/C2C/1099 hiring knowledge
✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
📅 Start Date: Immediate
