Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating sales or leads for our company. You will be responsible for handling outbound and/or inbound calls and understanding customer requirements to close sales or provide appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product/services.

Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries effectively.

Maintain a database of customer information and update call records.

Follow up on leads generated through various sources.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Provide accurate information and handle customer objections professionally.

Maintain a high level of service quality and professionalism.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems, etc.).

Ability to handle rejection and stress in a fast-paced environment.

Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as per job needs].

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
